Pakistani Businessman, Saudi Investment Minister Call to Foster B2B Investments

ISLAMABAD: Renowned Pakistani Businessman and former minister, Muhammad Azfar Ahsan on Friday met with Saudi Minister for Investment Eng. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih and discussed the robust partnership between the private sectors of both nations.

Founder of Nutshell Group, and the Saudi Minister during the meeting said that the private sector should be empowered to lead business-to-business (B2B) collaborations for finalizing productive investments.

The discussion focused on fostering an ecosystem to strengthen the bilateral ties, addressing key challenges faced by both the countries, and outlining a strategic roadmap for the future. A project centered on food security was highlighted as a major area for collaboration, aimed at promoting stability and prosperity.

They stressed the need for consistency in partnerships to navigate complex geopolitical dynamics and foster stability in the region.

Additionally, a visit to Riyadh by leading Pakistani business houses was also agreed upon, where they will engage in B2B meetings with their Saudi counterparts to explore joint ventures to attract further investments into Pakistan.

Saudi Minister for Investment Eng. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih expressed optimism about the prospects for stronger cooperation and mutual prosperity. They also highlighted the enduring strength of the ties between the two countries, aiming to unlock untapped potential and foster sustainable economic development.
