ULAANBAATAR: Pakistani cueist Asjad Iqbal showcased an outstanding performance in the IBSF World Six Red Snooker Championship, reaching the final after a commanding 6-0 victory over India’s Malkeet Singh in the semi-finals.
Iqbal dominated every frame, starting with a solid 49-18 win in the first. His remarkable form was highlighted by a 40-point break in the final frame, underscoring his dominance throughout the match.
Singh struggled to pose any significant challenge, unable to secure a single frame as Iqbal maintained pressure from start to finish. Earlier in the tournament, Iqbal had secured his semi-final spot by defeating Cyprus’ Michael Georgiou 5-2 in the quarter-finals.
With this emphatic victory, Iqbal advances to the final, where he is regarded as a top contender for the title.
