DI Khan: Pakistan’s Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar has reiterated the unwavering determination of the Pakistani nation to eliminate the menace of terrorism from the country’s soil.
Speaking in Dera Ismail Khan while inquiring about the health of those injured in yesterday’s deadly terrorist attack on the Daraban area of the district, the Prime Minister said that the entire Pakistani nation stands united like an iron wall against the threat of terrorism. With the help of Allah Almighty, he expressed the nation’s resolute commitment to defeating terrorism.
Prime Minister Kakar declared that terrorists have already lost in this war, and the state of Pakistan has emerged victorious, awaiting a formal announcement at an appropriate time. He hailed the security personnel fighting against terrorism as the true heroes in this victorious battle.
Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar noted the support of righteous Ulema (religious scholars) standing with the state, peace, and society. He asserted that terrorists will not succeed in instilling fear of death, emphasizing the bravery of thousands of security personnel who sacrificed their lives in defense of the motherland.

The Prime Minister commended the high morale of the security personnel who were injured in the recent attack, applauding their dedication and commitment to the nation’s security.
In the early hours of Tuesday, a group of militants of the Tehreek-i-Jihad Pakistan (TJP), an Afghanistan-based terrorist organization, attacked a security forces compound in DI Khan’s Daraban area, resulting in the martyrdom of at least 23 troops and leaving more than 30 troops wounded.
