ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Caretaker Foreign Minister Jalil Abbas Jilani, on Monday, appreciated the “bold decisions” of the interim government on economic and foreign policy fronts and thanked the cabinet members and colleagues for their efforts to serve the national cause.
The foreign minister, in a series of posts on X, called it a “great honor” to serve Pakistan and its people.
He said that despite confronting different challenges on the economic and foreign policy front, the interim government under the leadership of Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar took bold decisions to avert a major crisis in the country’s neighborhood, stabilize the economy, and demand global action against climate change.

Pakistan’s Aid for Gaza
The caretaker government also called for an end to the unimaginable violence orchestrated by Israel in Gaza and dispatched relief goods to our Palestinian brothers and sisters, he said.
The minister expressed gratitude to the Foreign Office’s officers who supported him and continued to lead by example both at home and abroad, showcasing the very best that the country has to offer.
