Pakistan’s Minister Reiterates Continued Support to Palestinians

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal has reiterated that Pakistan will continue to extend its full support to the people of Palestine who are facing unabated Israeli aggression and oppression.

He was addressing a ceremony held at National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) in Islamabad on Friday.

The minister added hearts of the people of Pakistan beat with the Palestinians. He noted that Pakistan has raised voice for the oppressed Palestinian brethren on all global forums.

Ahsan Iqbal said Pakistani nation expresses complete solidarity with the brotherly people of Palestine in this challenging time.

He added those who advocate for human rights are silent regarding the atrocities being committed in Palestine.

The planning minister expressing his views said people in Western nations are also organizing protests in support of rights of Palestinians.

He appealed the wealthy people to step up and provide financial assistance to the Palestinians who are in dire need of help.
