ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar said on Sunday that Pakistan has been a strong voice and a proactive advocate for climate finance for developing nations.

In an interview with Arab media on Sunday, he said that Pakistan advocated loss and damage fund in COP27 to help the developing states in facing the climate challenges in terms of mitigation and risk reduction.

He said that the Israeli violence could engulf the whole region if not stopped. The creation of a humanitarian corridor is the most important thing that must be allowed.
