Pakistan’s President, PM Vow to Completely Eradicate Menace of Terrorism

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif have reaffirmed Pakistan’s strong commitment to continue the war on terror till its complete eradication of the menace of terrorism from the country.

In a statement issued on Wednesday, President Zardari commended security forces for their successful operation in the Sambaza area of Zhob Baluchistan. He paid great homage to Shaheed Major Babar Khan for rendering his life in the line of duty for the country. He also appreciated his bravery, services and patriotism for Pakistan and condoled with the bereaved family.

PM Shehbaz Vows to Wipe Out Terrorism 

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif in his message paid tribute to Major Babar Khan Shaheed. According to the statement issued on Wednesday, the prime minister further said he and the whole nation was proud of the great sacrifices of the courageous troops in the line of duty.

Shahbaz Sharif said the troops of the Pakistan Army killed the terrorists while displaying exemplary courage and bravery to eradicate the menace of terrorism.

The Prime Minister stated that the armed forces of the country have rendered unmatchable sacrifices for the security of the country to eradicate the curse of terrorism.

He prayed for the high place of martyred Major Babar Khan in heaven and fortitude to his family members.
