RIYADH: Pakistan’s President Dr. Arif Alvi has visited Madinah and performed prayers at Masjid-e-Nabawi, Arab media reported on Sunday.
Pakistan’s President Visits Masjid-e-Nabawi in Madinah
According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) upon the arrival of Dr. Arif Alvi at the mosque, he was received by senior Saudi officials. Pakistan’s president his family members and staff arrived in Saudi Arabia last week in order to perform Hajj.
This year over 1.8 million Muslims from across the world visited to the holy city of Makkah for the Hajj, which is one of the five pillars of Islam.
