RAWALPINDI: Pakistan’s security forces have killed four Khwarij in two separate operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province on October 26/27, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) stated in a press release on Sunday.
According to ISPR, on October 26/27, 2024, four Khwarij were killed by the security forces in two separate operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
An intelligence-based operation was conducted in the North Waziristan district and after an intense exchange of fire, two khwarij including Kharji Insaf Ullah were sent to hell, ISPR stated.
In another encounter in the Khyber district, security forces effectively engaged the khwarij location and resultantly two khwarij were killed, while three others were injured, ISPR stated.
Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the killed khwarij, who remained actively involved in several terrorist activities against the law enforcement agencies as well as the innocent civilians, ISPR added.
Sanitization of the area is being carried out to eliminate any other kharji found in the area. “Security forces of Pakistan are determined to wipe out the menace of terrorism from the country,” ISPR resolved.
