Pakistan’s Security Forces Kill Highly Wanted Terrorist Commander in Bajaur

RAWALPINDI: Pakistan’s security forces on Wednesday killed a highly wanted terrorist commander Irfan Ullah alias Adnan during an intelligence-based operation in the Bajaur district of northwestern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) stated in a press release.

According to ISPR, on July 3, security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation in the Bajaur district, on the reported presence of a high-profile terrorist.

“During the conduct of the operation, after intense fire exchange, Terrorist Commander Irfan Ullah @Adnan was sent to hell,” ISPR stated. The killed terrorist commander was actively involved in several terrorist activities against security forces as well as extortion and target killings of innocent civilians. He was highly wanted by the law enforcement agencies, ISPR added.

Locals of the area appreciated the security forces’ operation and expressed their full support to Pakistan’s Armed Forces in eliminating the menace of terrorism from the country.
