RAWALPINDI: Pakistan’s security forces have killed six khwarij terrorists in two separate operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, the military media wing said on Monday.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), on the night of November 3/4, six Khwarij were killed in two separate engagements in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
An intelligence-based operation was conducted by security forces in the Dosali area of the North Waziristan district. During the conduct of the operation, security forces effectively engaged the khwarij’s location, resultantly one kharji Ahmed Shah alias Intizar was sent to hell, ISPR stated.
In another incident, the movement of a group of khwarij, who were trying to infiltrate through the Pakistan-Afghanistan border, was picked up by the security forces in the Khamrang area of the South Waziristan district. “Own troops effectively engaged and thwarted their attempt to infiltrate. Resultantly, five khwarij were sent to hell, while three khwarij got injured,” ISPR stated.

Pakistan has consistently been asking the Interim Afghan Government to ensure effective border management on their side of the border. “Interim Afghan Government is expected to fulfil its obligations and deny the use of Afghan soil by Khwarij for perpetuating acts of terrorism against Pakistan,” ISPR stated.
“Pakistan’s security forces are determined and remain committed to secure its borders and eliminate the menace of terrorism from the country,” ISPR resolved.
