Pakistan’s Security Forces Kill Two Terrorists During Operation in Panjgur

RAWALPINDI: Two terrorists were killed during an intelligence-based operation carried out by Pakistan’s security forces in Panjgur district of Southwest Balochistan, said the military media affairs wing, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), in a statement on Saturday.

According to ISPR, during the night of April 5th and 6th, 2024, security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation in the Panjgur District of Balochistan based on the reported presence of terrorists.

During the operation, the security forces and terrorists exchanged intense gunfire. Two terrorists, identified as Asad and Hasrat, were killed during the gun battle.

The security forces also recovered a cache of arms, ammunition, and explosives from the site. 

The killed terrorists had been actively involved in numerous terrorist activities against the security forces as well as innocent civilians in the area. 

The security forces of Pakistan, in step with the nation, remain determined to thwart attempts to sabotage the peace, stability, and progress of Balochistan.
