Pakistan’s Foreign Reserves

The country’s total reserves reached closed to $ 14.bn in July this year after it received first installment of the standby agreement from the IMF (International Monetary Fund), along with inflow from Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates. However, the reserves were later decreased due to debt repayment as part of the bilateral and multilateral agreement. It is expected the total reserves might reach to $14bn again after possible issuance of the second installment from the IMF in November.
