LAHORE: The Governors of Pakistan Cricket Board will convene on February 6 (Tuesday) at 2 pm to elect the Chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
The Election Commissioner and Acting Chairman of the PCB, Shah Khawar, has issued a notice for the meeting in accordance with the provisions in the PCB Constitution of 2014.
The Board members including Mustafa Ramde, Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi, Sajjad Ali Khokhar, and Zafarullah Jadgul is likely so as to take forward the process for electing the new PCB chairman.
Other members include Tanveer Ahmed, Tariq Sarwar, Muhammad Ismail Qureshi, Javed Iqbal, Dr. Anwar Ahmed Khan, and Osama Azhar. Additionally, the Secretary of the Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination holds a position as secretary governing board.
The meeting is anticipated to play a crucial role in shaping up the future leadership of the Baord.
