Peanut Butter Sandwich Recipe

ISLAMABAD: Peanut Butter Sandwich is a complete protein meal for all health-conscious people as it provides all the essential energy to your body.


  • Sandwich bread (as needed)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • Banana slices (as needed)
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • Strawberry jam (sugar-free, as needed)
  • Butter (as needed)


  1. In a bowl, combine the peanut butter and yogurt. Mix well to create your peanut butter spread.
  2. Take a slice of bread and spread the prepared peanut butter mixture on it. Layer banana slices on top.
  3. Take another slice of bread and spread strawberry jam on it.
  4. Assemble the sandwich by placing the jam-covered slice on top of the banana-covered slice.
  5. Spread butter on the outside of each slice of bread and cook the sandwich in a skillet until golden brown.
  6. Enjoy your high-protein peanut butter sandwich.
