SRINAGAR: People of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir are sounding the alarm over the plot by the India’s Modi regime to eradicate their unique identity and transform the Muslim-majority population of occupied Kashmir into a minority, according to a report.
Local media reported that Hindutva leaders have declared their intention to destroy Kashmir’s distinct cultural heritage as well as resurrect a pre-Islamic Hindu civilization in the Occupied region.
Western media reported that extremist BJP and RSS are driving this agenda, seeking to fulfill their long-held evil design for total integration of occupied Kashmir with India. This involves imposing Hindutva ideology in the Muslim-majority region and systematically laying the groundwork for settler colonialism.
The report also citing observes as having argued that the revocation of Article 370 was designed to settle non-Kashmiris in the occupied Kashmir, rendering Kashmiris jobless and landless in their own homeland. However, Kashmiris expressed resolve to resist these efforts, saying that they would rather face death than become slaves to Hindu extremists.
The Kashmiris also urged the world to intervene and safeguard their land and identity. The Kashmiri community expresses fear that their cultural heritage, including their language, traditions and music will be lost forever if these plans are permitted to proceed.
