PHEC Offers Expertise to Kyrgyzstan to Modernize Education System

ISLAMABAD: Honorary Consul of Kyrgyzstan Meher Kashif Younis said on Sunday that the Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) has offered its expertise to Kyrgyzstan to develop their educational disciplines on modern scientific lines at par with global standards to meet new challenges.

Talking to a delegation of industrialists at the Kyrgyzstan Consulate, Meher Kashif Younis said that he had a fruitful and result-oriented meeting with Chairman PHEC Dr Shahid Munir who assured full cooperation for offering services, technical skills, and expertise to Kyrgyzstan for major improvements in their existing educational system, particularly technical higher education, said a news release.

He said collaboration with Kyrgyzstan to enhance its develop its educational system marks a significant step towards fostering global cooperation and academic advancement.

He said the partnership encompasses different aspects aimed at elevating the quality of education to global standards. PHEC can offer expertise in curriculum designing, drawing upon its own experience in aligning educational content with contemporary scientific principles and international best practices, in addition to developing curricula that not only encompass core subjects but also stress critical thinking, problem-solving, and practical application of knowledge.
