2 tbsp Mustard Paste
1 cup Mayonnaise

2 tbsp Oil
1 cup Onion (sliced)
1 cup Capsicum (julienned)

3 tbsp Oil
800 g Beef Boneless Strips
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Chili Sauce
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Sautéed veggies
2 slices of cheese
For Sandwich Assembly:
Hoagie Buns (as needed)
Prepared Cheesesteak

Instructions
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and mustard paste until well combined. Set aside.
Heat oil in a pan, then add sliced onions, capsicum, and mushrooms. Sauté for 2-3 minutes and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add the boneless beef strips. Cook until the beef changes color and releases water.
Add chili sauce, soy sauce, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and garlic powder. Cook until the beef is fully done and the water has evaporated. Stir in the sautéed veggies.
Divide the beef mixture into portions in the pan, and place a slice of cheese on top of each portion.
Cut the hoagie buns in half and toast them on a griddle for about a minute.
Spread mustard mayo sauce on the hoagie buns, then add the cheesy beef mixture. Your Philly Cheesesteak Sandwiches are ready to enjoy.
