PM Shehbaz Sharif Lands in Abu Dhabi

ABU DHABI: Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has arrived in the UAE on a daylong visit to meet the country’s leadership. As per details, the Prime Minister will also hold talks with the business community.

In a statement via social media, the Prime Minister said, “Just arrived in the UAE on a short but important trip. Looking forward to fruitful talks with the leadership of the UAE to deepen the historic and brotherly Pak-UAE relations.”

Shehbaz Sharif was warmly received by Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court of United Arab Emirates.

Pakistan’s ambassador to the UAE Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, UAE ambassador in Islamabad Hamad Obaid Al-Zaabi and senior Pakistani and UAE officers were also present on the occasion.

Besides meeting with the UAE President Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Shehbaz Sharif will also hold talks with the IT-related investors of Pakistan and the UAE.
