PMD Predicts More Rains in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: More rain, thundershower is likely in parts of Pakistan, according to the metrological department.

It said, in the next twelve hours, Islamabad, Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Pothohar region, Punjab, east/northeast Balochistan, and Sindh will experience more rain and thundershowers, according to the latest weather forecast. Additionally, isolated heavy rainfall is anticipated in Northeast Punjab, Potohar region, Kashmir, Islamabad, Northeast Balochistan, Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Central and Lower Sindh during this period.

Islamabad recorded twenty-four degrees Celsius, Lahore had twenty-eight degrees, Karachi stood at thirty-one degrees, Peshawar at twenty-six degrees, Quetta at twenty-three degrees, Gilgit at seventeen degrees, Murree at sixteen degrees, Muzaffarabad at twenty-one degrees Celsius.

Turning to the weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Met Office predicts cloudy weather with chances of rain, wind, thundershowers, and isolated heavy downpours in Srinagar, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Baramulla, Jammu, and Shopian.

In terms of morning temperatures, Srinagar, Pulwama, and Baramula recorded fifteen degrees Celsius, while Anantnag and Shopian measured sixteen degrees. Jammu registered twenty-five degrees, and Leh reached nine degrees Celsius.
