ISLAMABAD/WASHINGTON: President of the United States Joe Biden invited guests on Saturday to the White House for the unprecedented wedding of his granddaughter Naomi, which was closed to the press.
According to images shot from afar by AFP, Naomi Biden, age 28 years lawyer in Washington, married with Peter Neal, age 25, a law graduate, on the White House South Lawn, which was suitably decorated with white flowers.
It is not uncommon for the presidential home with America’s most prestigious address 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue to be decorated with white flowers for the wedding.
According to the data of White House Historical Association, the house has hosted 18 weddings, including that of Richard Nixon’s daughter Tricia in 1971 and Barack Obama’s personal photographer, Pete Souza, in 2013.
