ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif condemned the attack on workers in Panjgur District, Balochistan, in which five laborers were killed by unknown assailants.
The attack targeted laborers working on a local dam project. Following the incident, the Prime Minister directed local authorities to provide the best medical care for the injured and emphasized the importance of apprehending the perpetrators.
President Zardari and Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi also expressed strong condemnation, describing the assailants as “terrorists” aiming to disrupt development efforts in the region.
The Balochistan government has pledged to intensify security efforts to prevent similar incidents and bring those responsible to justice.
