ISLAMABAD/LONDON: Prince Harry has expressed frustration after the royal family did not apologize to his wife Meghan Markle for the alleged ill-treatment meted out to her, Daily Express reported, citing an insider.
Days before the release of his explosive memoir Spare, Prince Harry had hoped to reunite with his family. The Duke of Sussex levelled many allegations against the royal family, including his father King Charles and his elder brother Prince William in his tell-all memoir.
The insider said, “No apology to Meghan Markle has been tendered by the Royal Palace, which frustrates Prince Harry. Nor has he received the personal apology.”

According to Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, the royal family did not welcome the Duchess of Sussex when she first joined the palace.
Another insider told the publication that “at that point, the royal family could only move forward and come to some form of truce with Prince Harry if everyone sits down and negotiate through their problems privately.”
It added, “Despite everything that’s happened, Prince Harry does want his family in his life.”
The British media reported that King Charles had requested Justin Welby, an Archbishop of Canterbury, to broker the deal between Prince William and Prince Harry to attend his coronation.
The British media also claimed that Prince William opposed the King’s idea of inviting Prince Harry to the coronation, fearing the Duke of Sussex could steal the limelight from the event.
