ISLAMABAD: Priscilla Presley, the former wife of the late Elvis Presley, took to Instagram to share sweet memories of her former husband on their wedding anniversary.
Priscilla posted a throwback photo of herself with the King of Rock ‘n’ roll and shared the lyrics from Elvis’ 1968 song “Memories”.
In the Instagram post, Priscilla wrote, “May 1st. A very special day for Elvis Presley and I.” She then shared the lyrics from the song, which read, “Memories sweetened through the ages just like wine. Memories pressed between the pages of my mind.”

Elvis Presley and Priscilla Beaulieu first met in 1959 when he was serving in the US Army in Germany. They began dating and ultimately got married in 1967. The happy couple welcomed their only child, daughter Lisa Marie Presley, in 1968.
However, their marriage did not last for long, and they divorced six years later in 1973. Despite their separation, Priscilla has continued to hold Elvis in high regard and has spoken fondly of their time together.
