ISLAMABAD: Pro-Pak army rallies were held in Jhelum and Dera Bugti on Wednesday to show solidarity with the armed forces amid a tense political situation in the country.
In the Jhelum rally, locals marched from Akram Shaheed Park to the Shaandar chowk. The participants chanted pro-army slogans and carried placards in support of the security forces.
They also expressed their support for the Inter-Services Intelligence agency (ISI). The business community also participated in the rally.
In Dera Bugt, Balochistan, the tribal leaders took out a similar rally starting from Pakistan House. It culminated at the Allah Waali Chowk in the Sui district.
The participants’ love and support for the armed forces were visible in their slogans.
