ISLAMABAD: The long-awaiting thriller PSL-9 is all set to begin tomorrow as Lahore Qalandars would face Islamabad United at 7:30 pm in Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore in the opening contest.
Both the times have won the title twice while Lahore Qalandar being the last year champion would defend the total. All arrangements have been done including the title song being produced and composed by famous singer Ali Zafar who would performed along with Aima Baig on the opening ceremony.
Foolproof security for PSL 9
Meanwhile, security agency has also completed their preparations to provide foolproof security to the players, management and inside and outside the stadiums where the matches would be played.
While presiding a meeting in Multan on Friday, Additional Inspector General of Police South Punjab, Muhammad Kamran Khan said that proper security would be provided to the all those concerned with the Pakistan Super League (PSL) event including players.
He also issued instructions to all the relevant officials to perform their responsibilities well adding that all the concerned routes must be clear during arrival and escorts of the teams to and from the stadium.
