ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has enhanced tariff for both its landline and broadband services, set to take effect from today (January 1, 2024).
PTCL customers across the country have been notified of the increase through messages, highlighting a revision in the monthly rates by over 10%.
PTCL officials revealed that the decision to raise tariffs is a response to the escalating business costs faced by the telecommunication company. In an effort to maintain service quality and meet operational demands, the PTCL has deemed it necessary to adjust the pricing structure for its services, according to the officials.
