The CM announced this during his visit to the head office of the Punjab Safe City Authority here to review the law and order situation. After completing the investigation, the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) would submit the comprehensive report to the government.

CM has ordered to pace up action to detain the miscreants involved in the extreme attacks, adding that geofencing would be made in cases related to vandalism. It has been decided that all the instances would be tried before the anti-terrorism court.

The CM also directed the Public Prosecution Department (PPD) to ensure trial in the cases in order to bring the elements to justice. “Those involved in attacking military, Jinnah House, civil and private properties would be given exemplary punishment,” he vowed that zero-tolerance Punjab police had been adopted against the miscreants.

He also said educational institutions would be reopened across the province from May 15 as the law and order situation is improving. CM directed the departments concerned to continue coordination to maintain the security circumstance in the province.
