Putin Extends New Year Wishes to Kyrgyzstan’s President and People

BISHKEK: Russian President Vladimir Putin has conveyed New Year greetings to President Sadyr Japarov and the people of Kyrgyzstan. In his congratulatory message, Putin highlighted the strong bilateral relations of strategic partnership and alliance, emphasizing the high level of cooperation between the two nations.

The Russian-Kyrgyz relations were reaffirmed during the October negotiations in Bishkek, as mentioned in the message. Putin expressed confidence that the implementation of the agreements reached during these discussions would further enhance mutually beneficial cooperation across various domains, including politics, trade, economics, and humanitarian efforts.

The congratulatory telegram extended well wishes for robust health and success in state activities to President Japarov, while also expressing hope for peace and prosperity for all Kyrgyz compatriots.

The message underscored the collaborative interaction within multilateral structures such as the Eurasian Economic Union, Collective Security Treaty Organization, Shanghai Cooperation Organization, Commonwealth of Independent States, and other international frameworks.
