DOHA: Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has arrived in Riyadh on Saturday on an official visit, Arab media reported on Saturday.

Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani was warmly received by the Governor of Riyadh Region Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, the deputy ambassador of Qatar to KSA Hassan bin Mansour Al Khater, and a representative of the royal ceremonies at King Khalid International Airport.

Earlier, Sheikh Tamim also visited the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to attend the China-Gulf summit which brought togwther Chinese President Xi Jinping and leaders from GCC countries in December. This is the second visit of Qatar’s Emir within two months.
