GUYANA: The toss has been delayed as India faces England in the second semi-final of the T20 World Cup 2024 due to intermittent rains at the Providence Stadium on Thursday.

The South Asian country team in blue shirts are seeking revenge against Jos Buttler’s side, who defeated India by 10 wickets in the 2022 World Cup semi-final in Adelaide.

In the T20 World Cup 2024 semi-final between India and England, rain has been a persistent factor throughout Thursday morning in Georgetown, Guyana.

Although there is no reserve day scheduled for the match, an additional 250 minutes are allocated for completion, adhering to the rules in case rain interruptions occur.

If the match is abandoned, India will qualify for the final by virtue of topping the group, while England will unfortunately have to return home. Despite seeming unfair, this is the reality of the situation.
