PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa braces for darkness as heavy rain trips grid stations across the province. Over 306 feeders in Peshawar, Mardan, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Swat, Swabi, and other districts are experiencing power outages, leaving residents without electricity.
PESCO CEO Akhtar Hameed Khan established a crisis management cell to tackle the situation and deployed field crews, but harsh weather conditions hamper their efforts. Power restoration will begin as soon as the rain subsides.
