LONDON: Former member of the National Assembly, Raja Riaz Ahmed, formally announced his decision to join the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) during a meeting with the party’s supremo, Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, and PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif in London.
During the meeting held in London, Raja Riaz Ahmed expressed his full confidence in the leadership of Nawaz Sharif and made the formal announcement of his affiliation with the PML-N. The meeting also saw the presence of prominent PML-N leaders, including former Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, Mian Nasir Janjua, Attaullah Tarar, Malik Ahmed Khan, Azam Nazir Tarar, and Amjad Parvez.
Nawaz Sharif and Shehbaz Sharif welcomed Raja Riaz Ahmed into the PML-N fold, emphasizing the importance of a united front to address the challenges facing Pakistan and work towards the betterment of the nation.
