ISLAMABAD: Indian actress Rakhi Sawant has once again made headlines with her latest matchmaking proposal, suggesting that Pakistani actress Hania Aamir should marry Bollywood star Salman Khan.
The suggestion came after Hania Aamir was recently honoured with a recognition award by the British Parliament for her contributions to the entertainment industry.
Following the event, during a media interaction, Hania was asked about Rakhi Sawant and responded warmly, calling her “adorable” and “innocent.”
She also shared that she enjoys interacting with Rakhi on social media, describing their exchanges as entertaining.

Rakhi Sawant swiftly responded to Hania’s remarks by expressing her admiration for the Pakistani actress. In a video circulating on social media, Rakhi said, “I really like Hania.
She is beautiful, talented, and looks like a doll. I want her to marry my brother Salman Khan.”
This statement quickly gained traction online, with netizens reacting in various ways. While some found Rakhi’s matchmaking attempt amusing, others questioned the considerable age difference between Salman Khan, 58, and Hania Aamir, 27.
One social media user commented, “If Hania is a Pakistani princess, why would she marry someone much older?” Another asked, “Why is Rakhi proposing our girl for her brother?”
Rakhi, known for her dramatic public statements, has previously expressed her desire to see Salman Khan settle down.
In an earlier viral video, she directly addressed the Bollywood star, saying, “Salman Bhai, I have found your Bhabhi (sister-in-law), Hania.”
She further added that since she considers Salman her brother, Hania Aamir would naturally be her sister-in-law.
Rakhi also hinted at helping Hania make her Bollywood debut, suggesting that she should work alongside Salman Khan. “Sallu Bhai is in Dubai these days, and I will personally talk to him about this,” she stated.
Salman Khan, one of Bollywood’s most prominent actors, has long been the subject of speculation regarding his personal life. Despite numerous high-profile relationships, the actor has never married.
Currently, he is busy with the filming of his upcoming movie Sikandar, but Rakhi’s latest matchmaking attempt has once again sparked discussions about his love life.
Meanwhile, Hania Aamir is reportedly set to collaborate with popular Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh, further fuelling speculation about her potential entry into Bollywood.
