ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court has resumed hearing the Sunni Ittehad Council’s (SIC) plea challenging the Peshawar High Court’s (PHC) decision on the allocation of reserved seats, local media reported on Tuesday.
The case is being heard by a 13-member full court of the apex court bench led by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa.
The bench also includes of Justice Munib Akhtar, Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah, Justice Yahya Afridi, Justice Aminuddin Khan, Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail, Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar, Justice Ayesha Malik, Justice Athar Minallah, Justice Syed Hasan Azhar Rizvi, Justice Shahid Waheed, Justice Irfan Saadat Khan and Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan.
