MOSCOW: The Russian government has approved a list of 47 nations deemed to be promoting destructive attitudes that contradict Russian moral and spiritual values.
Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed the decree, which follows a presidential order from August 19 aimed at providing humanitarian support to those who share traditional values of Russia.
The decree establishes a simplified application process for individuals seeking to settle in Russia, specifically targeting those who dismiss destructive neoliberal attitudes prevalent in their home states.
Notable countries on the list include Britain, France, Germany, Japan, and the United States. Interestingly, only three NATO states Hungary, Slovakia, and Türkiye are excluded from this designation.
