ISLAMABAD: Officials said on Friday that Russia’s President Vladimir Putin is likely to deliver his state of nation speech on February 21.

The Kremlin confirmed the news about the upcoming state of the nation address. The President will address before Russia’s offensive in Ukraine passes its 1st anniversary.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told media that President Putin would address Russia’s Federal Assembly, which includes MPs from both houses of the parliament.
