Saudi Arabia to Study Increasing Investments in Pakistan to $10bn

ISLAMABAD/RIYADH: Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has directed the authorities concerned to study increasing the Kingdom’s investments in Pakistan to reach $10 billion.

Crown Prince also directed a Saudi Fund for Development to study increasing the Saudi deposit to Pakistan’s State Bank to reach $5 billion.

According to the Arab News, Investment in Pakistan was previously announced in August 2022. The Saudi deposit to the state bank had extended in December.

Prince Mohammed’s bin Salman directives come to affirm the Kingdom’s position in supporting the economy of Pakistan and its people, the Saudi Press Agency said early Tuesday.
