RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Defense, Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, met with the Minister of National Defense of South Korea, Shin Won-sik, at the World Defense Show in Riyadh, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
During the meeting, bilateral nations were discussed, with a focus on strategies to enhance collaboration in the defense and military sectors, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
Prince Khalid and the Korean Minister witnessed the inking ceremony of a preliminary memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the Ministry of Defense of Saudi Arabia and the Defense Acquisition Program Administration in South Korea within the defense industries sector.
The ceremony was attended by Deputy Minister of Defense Prince Abdul Rahman bin Mohammed bin Ayyaf and a number of high officials at the ministry.
South Korean Ambassador Attends Ceremony
It was also attended by the South Korean Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Choi Byung-Hyuk, and a number of high officials from the Korean side.
