Saudi Crown Prince, Egyptian Prime Minister Discuss Bilateral Ties

RIYADH: Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has met with the visiting Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly and discussed bilateral relations, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Monday.

The Crown Prince welcomed the Egyptian prime minister, who conveyed the greetings of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi of the Arab Republic of Egypt to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and the Crown Prince, who, in turn, sent the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his own to the president.

Both sides during the meeting discussed bilateral relations, aspects of cooperation, and ways to enhance and develop them to achieve the common interests of the two countries and peoples.

Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of State and Cabinet Member for Shura Council Affairs Dr. Essam bin Saeed, Minister of Commerce Majid AlKassabi, Minister of Investment Khalid AlFalih, Minister of Finance Mohammed Al-Jadaan, Governor of the Public Investment Fund (PIF) Yasir Al-Rumayyan, and Saudi Ambassador to the Arab Republic of Egypt Saleh Al-Hussaini were also present on the occasion.

While on the Egyptian side, Minister of Finance Ahmed Kouchouk, Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade Eng. Hassan El-Khatib, Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to the Kingdom Ahmed Farouk, and several other officials attended the meeting.
