Saudi Crown Prince Presents the King’s Cup to Al-Hilal

JEDDAH: on Behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has awarded the prestigious King’s Cup to Al-Hilal after their victory in the 2023-2024 season finals, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Saturday.

The highly anticipated final match was held between Al-Hilal and Al Nassr on Friday at King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Jeddah.

Upon his arrival the Crown Prince was received by Deputy Governor of Makkah Region Prince Saud bin Mishaal bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Sport Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Minister of Sport Badr Al-Qadi, Assistant Minister of Sport Abdul-Ilah Al-Dallak, and Saudi Arabian Football Federation President Yasser Almisehal.

After the match, Al-Hilal FC emerged victorious after a penalty shootout with a score of 5-4.

The Crown Prince shook hands with the match officials and players of both teams after the final whistle of the match.
