Saudi Crown Prince Thanks Amir of Qatar: SPA

DOHA: Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of thanks to Amir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani after concluding his visit to Doha, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Tuesday.

The Crown Prince in his message expressed deepest gratitude and appreciation for the warm reception and generous hospitality accorded to him and the accompanying delegation during his visit to Doha.

He said the visit and the discussions he held with Amir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani confirm the strength of the fraternal ties between the two countries.

He noted there is a common desire between Saudi Arabia and Qatar to deepen cooperation in all fields, and to continue coordination and consultations on issues of common interest under the leadership of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Amir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, with the goal of achieving the interests of both countries and peoples.

“I wish to praise the results we reached during the meeting of the Saudi-Qatari Coordination Council, which aim to strengthen relations between our two brotherly countries,” he said in the message.

Crown Prince also praised the positive results achieved at the 44th session of the Gulf Cooperation Council Supreme Council, headed by Qatar.

He also wished Amir of Qatar good health and happiness, and the Qatari people further progress and prosperity.
