Saudi Arabia Aims to Demonstrate Riyadh’s Plans as Potential Host City

Saudi Arabia aims to demonstrate the preparedness and plans of Riyadh as a potential host city. In November, a voting process will determine the chosen city to host Expo 2030.

Organized by the Royal Commission for the City of Riyadh, the reception includes an exhibition that highlights the cultural richness of the Kingdom and its capital. Visitors will embark on a virtual journey through Riyadh in 2030, experiencing notable landmarks such as King Salman International Airport, Sports Boulevard, King Salman Park, Diriyah Gate, and Qiddiya.

The event will be attended by a high-ranking Saudi delegation, members of the international diplomatic corps based in Paris, ambassadors of countries accredited to UNESCO, representatives of significant participating entities and projects, members of the Bureau International des Expositions, and senior officials from the French government and private sector.
