The Saudi Fashion Commission Chief Executive Officer, Burak Cakmak said that they were happy to attend these two events. The CEO hoped these events would enable national talent to interact with their international peers. He added that it would provide an opportunity for local designers to exchange experiences with global experts.

He added that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) has a wide range of unique brands and local talents in the fashion industry, and “the Saudi Fashion Commission seeks to enable them through global participation to interact with fashion industry experts and develop their skills and trademarks in the industry”.

According to Arab News, over 50 brands will display their work in Paris Fashion Week. It reflects the Ministry of Culture’s enthusiasm to promote global cultural exchange as one of the strategic targets it seeks to obtain under the umbrella of Saudi Vision 2030.

The Fashion Commission initiated the Saudi 100 Brand Program in 2021, to develop, promote and support 100 Saudi fashion brands to develop its domestic and global markets through guidance, training, and specialized consultations.
