MILAN: The Saudi Export Development Authority (Saudi Exports) is participating in the Convention on Pharmaceutical Ingredients (CPHI), being held in Milan, Italy from October 8 to 10 with 15 leading Saudi pharmaceutical companies, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Tuesday.
CPHI is the largest event in the pharmaceutical industry, which brings together companies, investors, business leaders, and officials from all over the world. It provides a platform for Saudi companies to showcase their high-quality products and explore new global expansion and collaboration opportunities. This will help to boost non-oil exports and enhance investment opportunities in the pharmaceutical supplies sector in Saudi Arabia.
CPHI also contributes to promoting trade exchange opportunities and strategic partnerships between the Kingdom and European nations.
This participation is part of Saudi Exports’ endeavour to enhance the presence of Saudi products in international markets and expand their exports worldwide. This endeavour is in line with the goals of Vision 2030, which focuses on diversifying sources of income and increasing non-oil exports to achieve sustainable economic development.
