RIYADH: Foreign Minister of Saudi Arabia, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, has arrived in Luxembourg to take part in a high-level forum on regional security and cooperation between the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and the European Union (EU), the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Sunday.
He will discuss ways to enhance cooperation between the GCC and the EU in various areas, the importance of multilateral coordination, and regional and global developments with participants at the forum.
Prince Faisal is also expected to hold bilateral meetings on the sidelines of the forum.
The EU-GCC High Level Forum on Regional Security and Cooperation will be held in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg on Monday.
According to the EU’s diplomatic service the EU foreign ministers and their counterparts from the GCC member states, and the EU special representative for the Gulf region will gather for the forum.
