Saudi Foreign Minister, Iraqi PM Discuss Bilateral Ties

BAGHDAD: Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah has met with Iraq’s Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani in Baghdad and discussed bilateral ties, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Thursday.

During the meeting at the presidential palace, both sides reviewed bilateral ties and discussed ways to strengthen cooperation across various fields. They also reviewed regional and international issues of mutual interest.

Prince Faisal conveyed the wishes of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, for further progress and continued prosperity for the government and people of Iraq.
