RIYADH: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s (KSA) Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah began an official visit to Pakistan, Arab media reported on Saturday.
The Saudi Press Agency reported that the aim of the visit is to facilitate visitors’ journeys to the Two Holy Mosques. He will also discuss means with the authorities in Pakistan to explore pioneering steps in the development of Umrah systems.

Dr Tawfiq Al-Rabiah will also hold talks with several top officials to discuss streamlining the arrival mechanism for Umrah performers from Pakistan to enhance their religious and cultural experiences as per the vision of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah will also visit Bangladesh to facilitate visitors’ journeys to the Two Holy Mosques.
The visits to Pakistan and Bangladesh are part of a series of global tours initiated in early 2022 and reflect Riyadh’s commitment to enhance the quality of services provided to Umrah performers, “supported by Saudi Arabia’s firm dedication to serving Islam and Muslims across the world,” SPA reported.
