Saudi Hajj Ministry Launches Training Program for Enhanced Services

RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, in partnership with Makkah’s Umm Al-Qura University, has started an initiative to improve and enhance the skills of employees who serve Hajj and Umrah pilgrims and visitors to the Kingdom, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Sunday.

As part of the Rafid Al-Haramain program 100,000 workers in the public, private, and non-profit sectors will be given training to ensure that the services they offer are of the highest quality and leave a lasting impression on visitors to Saudi Arabia.

Four different training programs that embody Saudi Arabia’s care for the Two Holy Mosques and their visitors are available.

According to the SPA the trainees will benefit from the best local and international expertise.
