ARAFAT: The Saudi healthcare system has successfully transported 366 hospitalized pilgrims from Makkah, Mina, Jeddah, and Taif to Arafat on the ninth day of Dhu al-Hijjah, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Saturday.
According to the SPA, during the last Hajj season, 397 pilgrims were transported to Arafat.
The Ministry of Health brought the pilgrims into five convoys, transported by 55 buses equipped with medical facilities and accompanied by ambulances and 40 service and support cars.
Public Security also provided an official vehicle to accompany the convoys. The convoys departed at 2 o’clock in the afternoon and will come back after sunset.
